Industry Products

FACIS (Fraud and Abuse Control Information Systems)
FACIS is a search of a vast database of over 1000 government agencies containing adverse actions of individuals and entities sanctioned in the healthcare field. This includes information on disciplinary actions ranging from exclusions and debarments to letters of reprimand and probation. This search offers three search options ranging from the minimum federal requirements to a search inclusive of more than 800 sources in 50 states.

National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB)
The National Practitioner Data Bank contains information on adverse licensure actions, clinical privileges actions and professional society membership actions taken against physicians and dentists. Reports of medical malpractice payments made on behalf of health care practitioners are also collected.

FDA Debarment List
ARS searches the FDA Debarment List for information regarding individuals and businesses that have been banned from the drug industry.

HealthCare License Verification
ARS conducts a search at the State License authority in order to determine license validity and information relevant to your candidate. Information returned may included date of issue, date of expiration, license # and license status.
